The questions your customers ask AI
AI assistants get two kinds of questions about coaching institutes. The map question names you — does the AI know you, and are its facts right?
“What is Sharma Classes in Lucknow (example)? What courses do they offer and what are the fees?”

Facts to publish on your website
AI can only repeat facts it can find. Put these on your site in plain text (not only in images or PDFs):

- Faculty names and experience
- Demo class / admission process
Don't let AI guess your fees

Results pages need specifics
“1000+ selections” gets ignored or doubted. “2025: 43 selections in SSC CGL, 12 in CHSL — names and roll numbers below” gets quoted.

Can a small coaching institute appear in ChatGPT?
Yes. For city-level questions AI usually lists 3–7 names drawn from directories, education portals and local articles. Being consistently listed there with clear facts on your own site is often enough to appear.
Do online-only institutes need a city page?
No city, but you need a clear page per exam (e.g. “SSC CGL online coaching”) with fees, batch timings and results, because AI questions are usually exam-specific.
