We are fully remote

GapAndMap is a fully remote team. We work with businesses worldwide, so our team works from anywhere. What matters is the result for the client, not the location.

How we work

• Work from anywhere, flexible hours. Plan your day around your best working time.
• Clear weekly goals. We measure outcomes, not hours logged.
• Async-first. Written updates and shared dashboards; calls only when they help.
• Core overlap hours. A few shared hours (IST-friendly) for team syncs and client calls.

Client data and security

All client data stays in our secure tools. It is never stored on personal accounts or shared outside the team working on that client.
